Rich Toberman is a senior-level strategic business development, operations, maintenance, and engineering executive with 35+ years of experience driving innovation in the waste management space. Through his “thinking-outside-of-the-box” attitude, Rich has consistently demonstrated his ability to execute forward-thinking technical projects from concept, project feasibility, capital planning, site due diligence, design engineering, construction, start-up and commissioning to operations and maintenance.
In continuing his professional journey, Rich recently joined the eFACTOR3, LLC management team where he will focus on expanding the company’s strengths as a turnkey environmental, engineering and equipment provider in the solid waste processing and recycling resource recovery management arena.
Prior to joining eFACTOR3, Rich served as Sr. Vice President with Continuus Materials, LLC, an equity partner of Waste Management (WM). In his capacity at Continuus Materials, Rich was accountable for establishing and directing the operations and maintenance teams responsible for managing the fully automated waste processing system that he developed and launched from concept, and commercially scaled and patented while Director of Business Development in WM’s corporate venture group, beginning in 2008.
